PLEASE NOTE: we do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays/Public holidays.

Delivery may be impacted by bank holidays within the UK and to the countries the parcel is shipped to.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

Winnskin has no return policy. All sales are final.

​

However, in the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, Please email us at winnskincareinfo@gmail.com within

14 days of purchase with supporting pictures attached. Only replacement are sent in case of damaged/defective items.

 

Customers will have another 14 days to return the goods once they've requested the refund. A refund will only be approved once the goods have been returned in it's original condition, meaning all items must be unopened, unused and in it's original packaging. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.

If the incorrect deliver address is entered at checkout or if parcel is unclaimed for, customer will have to cover postage charge again to be resent the package once it is returned back to us.

Cancellation

Please email us winnskincareinfo@gmail.com with your order number in order to cancel your order. Please note we can only cancel your order if it is not yet shipped out.
